The DMP is required to define formally the standards that are used, how the data are shared and how they will be curated and preserved. The DMP also includes a description of the security measures, anonymization techniques, and equipment that will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. The plan also includes a description of how consent for the secondary use of data is kept on file. This deliverable evolves during the project’s lifetime to present the status of the project’s reflections on data management.

A clear strategy to assure the quality of all deliverables developed in the project and a procedure for reviewing them, including prototypes and reports. The plan will include the self-assessment module, which will be periodically compiled by all the partners. The module also includes evaluating the management to foster continuous improvement inside the consortium.
