Deliverables

The DMP is required to define formally the standards that are used, how the data are shared and how they will be curated and preserved. The DMP also includes a description of the security measures, anonymization techniques, and equipment that will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. The plan also includes a description of how consent for the secondary use of data is kept on file. This deliverable evolves during the project’s lifetime to present the status of the project’s reflections on data management.

A clear strategy to assure the quality of all deliverables developed in the project and a procedure for reviewing them, including prototypes and reports. The plan will include the self-assessment module, which will be periodically compiled by all the partners. The module also includes evaluating the management to foster continuous improvement inside the consortium.

Results of Task 2.1 will describe legal and ethical aspects related to data transfer to other WPs for model training. In this deliverable, there will be a first assessment of the Ethics checks required in the “Ethics Summary Report”.

Setting up the managed services and computational and storage facilities in the local medical centers.

Establish guidelines for data harmonization and provide evidence-based criteria for variable inclusion.

Provide all the required approvals (e.g., regulatory, ethical, data access, material transfer agreements [if necessary and allowed by the data holder]) for the clinical studies led by UNITO.

Release of the guideline and manual for organizing and implementing Health Social Labs.

The document will contain the first version of the dissemination and exploitation plan, including communication activities.
